Go to safari/chrome, and look up car dealerships. Find their hours and call them when they are open, make an appointment to visit them and look at cars. Do some research about what car you want, price you're willing to pay, and payment options eg: lease, cash, loan, ect. Go to the dealership during your appointment time after figuring out all the details, negotiate, and buy/lease a car! Another option is through a non licened seller, eg: facebook marketplace ect.
